Product Description:
POLYCIMA-105XLF is a flame-retardant cross-linked material based primarily on an aluminum-magnesium flame retardant system. This product offers excellent mechanical and physical properties, electrical performance, and processing characteristics, and complies with environmental regulations such as ROHS, SVHC, 16P, and PAHS.
Product Applications:
This product complies with UL758 standards and is suitable for UL105°C rated electronic wires, UL10368, 3302, 3385, 3386 series wires, as well as flat cable UL4478 and other products. It passes the single horizontal flame test.

Packaging/Storage:
25 kg/bag. Transport as general chemical product. Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Shelf life: 1 year.

Processing Precautions:
A: It is recommended to dry the material at 90°C for 2–4 hours.
B: It is recommended to clean the screw or die head with polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE) before and after processing this material.
C: Trim scrap can be reused. It must be dried before use, and the addition amount should generally not exceed 15%. The performance is basically unaffected.
