Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the formulation design, development, and optimization of new products (e.g., specialty engineering plastics, high-performance elastomers, etc.).

· Independently conduct experiments on polymer synthesis, modification, and compounding, as well as perform relevant testing and data analysis.

· Follow up on pilot-scale and industrial production processes, resolve technical issues arising during production, and ensure process stability.

· Draft product technical documentation, experiment reports, and patent applications.

· Monitor cutting-edge technological trends in the industry and provide support for the company's technology roadmap planning.

Qualifications:

· Master's degree or above in Polymer Materials, Chemistry & Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.

· Solid theoretical knowledge of polymer chemistry and physics; familiar with the properties and testing methods of common polymer materials.

· Strong experimental skills, data analysis capabilities, and problem-solving abilities.

· Experience with product certifications such as UL or RoHS is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

· Identify customer needs, offer technical solutions and product recommendations, and build lasting customer relationships.

· Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing feedback to support strategic planning.

· Lead business negotiations, contract execution, and collections to meet sales targets.

· Leverage internal resources to deliver end-to-end customer support from pre-sales to after-sales.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or higher in Polymer Materials, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.

· 2+ years of sales experience in polymer materials or specialty chemicals; domain expertise in target industries preferred.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

· Results-driven, resilient under pressure, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.

· Willingness to travel frequently.

Job Responsibilities:

· Perform quality inspections on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to meet company and customer specifications.

· Follow testing protocols, operate equipment such as melt flow indexers, tensile testers, and HDT apparatus, and maintain accurate records.

· Monitor critical control points in production, detecting and reporting quality issues promptly.

· Support non-conforming product review and disposition, assisting with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.

· Maintain lab equipment and environment, and support the ISO 9001 quality management system.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or higher in Polymer Materials, Chemical Analysis, Quality Control, or a related field.

· Knowledge of standard polymer testing methods and criteria (e.g., mechanical, thermal, electrical properties).

· Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail, with a process- and standards-oriented mindset.

· Good learning ability and problem-analysis skills; proficient in office software.

· ISO internal auditor certification or relevant experience preferred.
