Who We're Looking For:

· Current bachelor's or master's students in Polymer Materials, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, or related fields.

· A genuine passion for materials science and polymer engineering.

· Strong learning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· A proactive mindset, excellent teamwork, and communication abilities.

· Availability for at least 3 months (full-time interns preferred).
