Product Description:
POLYCIMA-105XLV is a highly flame-retardant XLPE cable compound based on an aluminummagnesium and phosphorusnitrogen flame retardant system. This product offers excellent mechanical and physical properties, electrical performance, and processing characteristics, and complies with environmental regulations such as ROHS, SVHC, 16P, and PAHS.


Product Applications:
It complies with UL758 standards and is suitable for UL105°C rated electronic wires, such as UL10368, UL3302, UL3385, UL3386, as well as flat cable UL4478 and other products. It passes the single vertical flame test and meets the requirements for relevant flame-retardant applications.

Packaging/Storage:
25 kg/bag. Transport as general chemical product. Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Shelf life: 1 year.

Processing Precautions:

A: It is recommended to dry the material at 90°C for 2–4 hours.

B: It is recommended to clean the screw or die head with polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE) before and after processing this material.

C: Trim scrap can be reused. It must be dried before use, and the addition amount should generally not exceed 15%. The performance is basically unaffected.
